GMP MEISTER® TRAINING FOR AUDITORS

Auditor Training

PRACTICAL TRAINING

A hands-on program that recreates real audit experience

Auditors often have few opportunities to gain on-site experience. To address this, participants learn not only the knowledge but the full workflow of investigation, questioning and reporting.

01 / EXPERIENCE

Gaining audit experience that classroom learning cannot provide

Auditors who examine manufacturing and quality control from many angles need both knowledge and experience. Even with few opportunities for on-site audits, participants repeatedly practice judgment and questioning in an environment close to real work.

02 / SIMULATION

Pharmaceutical plant audits recreated in 3D

Participants enter a 3D virtual pharmaceutical plant and examine the GMP documents and records provided. The trainer plays the site's representative, and participants lead the Q&A as auditors.

03 / FEEDBACK

Evaluating Q&A and reports, and guiding the next step

Participants prepare an audit report as a deliverable, and both the Q&A and the report are evaluated. We also suggest further learning, and participants who reach a certain level receive a certificate.

Who It Is For

  • Quality personnel responsible for supplier audits
  • Procurement personnel who need to assess the GMP level of new manufacturing sites
  • Those with no audit experience, or who want to learn GMP management

What You Can Expect

  • Stronger GMP-based supplier management
  • Identifying issues and considering solutions through audits
  • Understanding the audit flow and the procedure for writing reports
  1. STEP 01 Pre-course Lecture

Learn the skills required of auditors through online lectures

  2. STEP 02 Audit Simulation

Practice auditing with Q&A inside the 3D plant

  3. STEP 03 Audit Report

Summarize the results in a report and receive feedback from the instructor

  4. STEP 04 Evaluation and Certification

Audit performance is evaluated, and participants who pass receive a certificate

The 3DCG simulation materials used in the training can also be used for review after the course.
